Refunds & Returns

Refunds

    To qualify for a refund, you must meet both of the following conditions:

    1. you requested a refund within 30 days of the delivery date
    2. your item is defective or undelivered

     

    "Defective"

    A defective item is unsuitable for resale due to production errors (e.g., lopsided prints, uneven sleeves) and does not qualify for a return, only a refund. Even billion-dollar clothing companies make mistakes; otherwise, stores like Ross wouldn't exist. If you shop with me again, then I'll make sure you don't get another dud.

     

    "Undelivered"

    If your item's shipping status hasn't updated since the day after you received a tracking number, then I'll give you a refund regardless of your order date once I confirm that the item is lost. USPS can't be sued for the mistakes of its employees, so those employees will make plenty of mistakes. Shocking, I know.

    I'm not responsible for losses or other mishaps due to incorrectly-entered shipping information. If you don't know how to type your address, then I'm not the first person to take your money, and I won't be the last.

    If your tracking info says "delivered," then any package losses fall on you. The time and effort you spend trying to get a refund because porch pirates looted you is better spent moving out of your shitty neighborhood.

     

    Returns

    To qualify for a return, you must meet all of the following conditions:

    1. you requested a return within 30 days of the delivery date
    2. your item is in like-new condition 
    3. your item is not defective (see "Defective" above)
    4. you either a) paid full price or b) paid a discounted price but received a non-conforming item

     

    "Like-new condition"

    An item in like-new condition is suitable for resale and appears unworn: no smells, no stains, no wear and tear.

     

    "Non-conforming"

    Items that don't match what you ordered are non-conforming. Sale/discount items, including those shipped for free, can't be returned unless they're non-conforming. 

     

    Requesting a Refund or Return

    1. Submit your refund or return request through my contact form.
    2. Once I reply to your request by e-mail, submit pictures of the front and back of each item for which you're requesting a refund or return.

    3. a. Returns (non-conforming items)
      If the conditions for a return are met, then I'll e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label to print. Once I receive the return package, you will receive a refund for the purchase price.
      b. Returns (conforming items)
      If the conditions for a return are met, then I'll e-mail you the return shipping address. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once I receive the return package, you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping price you originally paid.
      c. Refunds
      If the conditions for a refund are met, then I'll refund your purchase price. You can keep the item(s) for which you received a refund.
