Refunds & Returns

The following policies are current as of March 21, 2019.



    Online coaching programs and services are non-refundable.

    To qualify for a refund, you must meet both of the following conditions:

    1. Your item is defective or undelivered
      1. A defective item is unsuitable for resale due to production errors (e.g., lopsided prints, uneven sleeves).
      2. An undelivered item hasn't arrived at its destination after the estimated shipping time has passed, and its tracking info reports that it hasn't arrived. You bear losses for incorrectly-entered shipping information, post office errors, and events that occur post-delivery (e.g., theft). Please watch this brief video if you can't find an item that is marked as "delivered" in the tracking history.
    2. You requested a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for defective items or after your estimated shipping time for undelivered items.



    Because most items are sold in limited runs, exchanges aren't available; simply order your desired item upon getting your refund or store credit.

    To qualify for a return, you must meet all of the following conditions:

    1. You requested a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
    2. Your item is in like-new condition, or appears unworn and suitable for resale (e.g., no smells, no stains, no wear and tear). This can describe either a non-conforming item or a conforming item that otherwise doesn't meet your approval.
    3. You paid full price for your item. A discounted item is a final sale and can't be returned.


    Requesting a Refund or Return

    1. Submit your refund or return request through this store's contact form, making sure to include the following information:
      1. full name
      2. order number
      3. each item at issue
      4. whether you want a refund to your payment method or a store credit
    2. Once you receive an e-mail reply, attach pictures of the front and back of each item for which you're requesting a refund or return
    3. Await completion of your return or refund.
      1. For returns of non-conforming items
        If the item doesn't match what you ordered, and you meet the conditions for a return, then you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label to print. You'll receive a refund for the purchase price upon receipt of your return package.
      2. For returns of conforming items
        If the item matches what you ordered, and you meet the conditions for a return, then return your items to the following address: Elgin Mones, 8705 Colesville Rd., #167, Silver Spring, MD 20910. You are responsible for all shipping costs. You'll receive a refund for the purchase price upon receipt of your return package.
      3. For refunds
        If you meet the conditions for a refund, then you'll receive a refund for the purchase price. You can keep the defective item(s) to use or dispose of as you wish.
