The side adjuster trousers in the video are by Stoffa and are made of 350g wool flannel. I get them with single pleats to give my legs more space and no break to make my legs look longer, although I think a quarter break is acceptable for cold months if drafts at your ankles bother you. The taper is modest because of my calves; if they taper any more, then they'll look like leotards from the knee down.
