Custom Strength Program
Generalized programs are everywhere; you've probably tried one (or a dozen) of them. While they're fine for starters, they're not ideal because they don't take into account a host of training variables, such as injuries, equipment availability, and time constraints. Most people follow such programs because they don't mind sacrificing effectiveness for convenience. With the "Plan for Ultimate Gains" (or PUG), there's no reason to settle for less.
The PUG is designed for athletes supplementing their sport-specific training, gym rats just trying to suck less, and powerlifters. Because your PUG will revolve around powerlifting movements, it is not suited for anyone training for Olympic lifting, strongman, or other strength sports. Crossfitters shouldn't sign up, either, because we don't program handstand walks or that carnival game you play where you hit a target with a ball.
WHAT YOU GET:
The PUG is a custom 8-week program that revolves around compound movements, mainly the bench, squat, and deadlift. It will help you build muscle mass, set PRs, and/or lose body fat (assuming you don't have the genetics and appetite of an actual pug). The PUG is far more effective than a cookie-cutter program because it's tailored to your training history and circumstances. No guesswork, only gains.
