First, all international orders (i.e., items shipped to, but not necessarily ordered from, an address outside the US) are final.

Furthermore, we will not issue refunds or replacements for any orders--domestic or international--that are lost or undelivered. All chargebacks will be disputed.

To qualify for a return, a domestic/US order must be 

  • in like-new condition,
  • sent back within 30 days of the delivery date, and either
  • defective (e.g., off-center print, uneven sleeves),
  • damaged (e.g., frayed stitching), or
  • non-conforming (e.g., you ordered a size Medium and received a size Large)

To qualify for an exchange, a domestic/US order must be

  • in like-new condition,
  • sent back within 30 days of the delivery date, and
  • available in your desired size; otherwise, you can either keep the item or return it)

If you qualify for a return or exchange, then follow this procedure:

  1. Submit a replacement request via our contact form
  2. When we respond to your request, include a picture of the item (front and back) that captures its condition and, if relevant, any defect, damage, or non-conformity
  3. Ship your item(s) to the return address that we provide. You'll be refunded your shipping cost for returns, but not for exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
