Please read our store policies before placing an order. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without notice.

Processing & Shipping

Once you place an order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our drop shipping company to print your item(s) and prepare your order for shipping.

After the requisite processing time, you will receive a tracking number in 1 to 2 days. Domestic orders will take about a week to arrive via First Class or Priority Mail, and international orders will take about two weeks

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are marked "delivered" and will dispute all chargebacks and PayPal complaints.

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must request one within 30 days of the delivery date, and your item(s) must be

  1. in like-new condition (e.g., no smells, no stains, no wear and tear), and
  2. defective (e.g., off-center print, uneven sleeves)

To get a refund for an item that is like-new and free of defects, see "Returns."

Returns

To qualify for a return, you must request one within 30 days of the delivery date, and your item(s) must be

  1. in like-new condition (e.g., no smells, no stains, no wear and tear), and
  2. free of defects (i.e., item is suitable for resale)

    If the return request is for any reason but non-conformity (e.g., item(s) ordered differ from item(s) received), then we will not reimburse the cost of return shipping. 

    We do not process returns for items shipped outside the U.S., only refunds.

    We do not offer exchanges because we print in small batches and, as such, might not have your desired item in stock. To get a refund for an item that is like-new and defective, see "Refunds."

     

    Requesting a Refund or Return

    1. Submit your request via our contact form.
    2. When we reply to your request via e-mail, submit pictures of the front and back of your item(s) so we can check for any defect or non-conformity.

    3. a. For returns, ship your item(s) to the return address that we provide. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Upon receiving the item(s), we'll provide a full refund if the conditions for a return are met.
      b. For refunds, do nothing more. Keep the item(s); you will receive your refund shortly.
